TERMS OF SERVICE

Before Proceding to look at prices it is requested that you read my terms of service beforehand to avoid confussion during the ordering process. As a client it is your responsability to read my terms prior to requesting a commission. Once the payment has been submitted, you will be automatically accepting them. You can skip to the price tables by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

PAYMENT METHOD:

I only have two available payment methods: Pay Pal and Cash App.
All prices are in USD currency, if your country handles a different type of currency, please make sure that the amount I receive is the appropiate one. Pay Pal already has a built in action where is automatically tells you the amount I receive in USD currency.
For Pay Pal users: I am open for transactions to be as Family and Friends or Business. I leave this up to the client depending on which option they feel more comfortable with. Also you can decide whether you want me to send an invoice with the amount or you send it by yourself with the link provided, I will ask this questions prior to making any payment.
All Prices are set to already cover transaction fees, meaning there is no need to provide extra payment to cover those.
I can’t accept tips larger than 50 USD (This is to avoid scammers who want to give tips over 300 USD)
You can skip to the price tables by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

COMMERCIAL USE:

Commercial use has a price increase of 100%-150% of the final price depending on intended use. It is necessary to talk about this before making any payments. If you want a piece but don’t want the commercial use yet, I allow that. For example if you buy a piece and you really like it and want to sell it, you can come back to me and just pay the remaining Commercial use.
Even if you bought commercial use, you will still be obligated to respect my credit terms.

CREDITS:

You are allowed to post the commission on any social platform as long as proper credit has been provided. This can be done by tagging me with the appropriate username on your post, or making mention of any of my name tags which are: Alter Kaos Alter Kaotica.
For V-Tubing models it is an obligation to make mention that I was the designer/artist of the model in the description of the streaming media. It can be as a simple credit on the credit section of your channel, you are not obligated to tag me in every post you make (On other social media) but it is required for credit to be given on Twitch, Kick, and You Tube or other streaming platform (Tik Tok doesn’t count).

DEADLINES:

The time I take to finish a commission varies based on complexity, it can take from one day to two months. I have a maximum amount of four months, if the commission is not done in three months I will provide a compensation for it. The average time it takes for a commission to be done is mentioned under each different type of commission on the price tables. I don’t allow deadlines without a priority badge.
Urgent commissions with a set deadline are allowed. If you want a piece done by a specific time you can purchase the priority badge, this means that your commission will be done before all other projects or other commissions. With the priority badge you can set a date, ask for daily updates, and expect to get your commission done faster.
If I talked to you and told you that I can do the commission in a certain amount of time (For example you were looking for commissions done in a week and I offered my services) then a priority badge is not needed for I am already committed to doing the commission in that set of time.

REFUNDS:

There are two ways to get a refund for my services:
Prior to initial sketch - If you made a payment prior, such as to save a spot in the commission slots or made the full payment, you can request a refund to cancel your order. Have in mind that asking for a refund will mean losing your place in the slots and no longer want my services.
After the initial sketch - Only after careful consideration of the situation, I can provide a partial refund where I keep money for any progress that was made. This can only be done after a conversation to make sure the refund is done right.

SLOTS:

You can find the current slots available in the button below, it will take you to an excel sheet which shows the progress of each commission and what order in which they are done. Have in mind that there is a chance that I can work on more than one commission at a time depending on the complexity of other commissions.I only allow three commissions at a time, this is to avoid getting overwhelmed and make sure all clients receive their piece before the four month limit. You can save a spot for the next open slot by providing a payment of 5 USD dollars which will be deducted from your final price afterwards.

REFERENCES:

I allow all sorts of references such as dress up models like Picrew, Gacha, AI generated images, other art, and reference sheets. Written character descriptions for commissions other than custom character commissions are not allowed.
Pose references are not mandatory, but providing one can make the sketching process faster.
For Custom Character commissions you can provide Mood boards, examples, written descriptions, and so on, but have in mind that it is preferred that you be as specific as possible.
I allow images of real people

MODIFICATIONS:

I tend to not have a limit for modification, but if the modifications alter the whole image then I will make a warning to let you know that the modifications are starting to exceed the art process (Usually after the first 5-6). If modifications keep going on then each major modification will cost 5 USD that will have to be paid before the final piece is provided. This only applies to Sketch and Lineart process, not rendering or coloring.
In order to avoid making many major modifications I offer different things to make sure the commission comes out just the way you want, such as a one on one call on Discord sharing my screen or will provide several versions of what is requested for you to pick the one you like the most.
